Position: Executive Chef

Working Place: Flamingo Dai Lai Resort

Responsible to: General Manager

Scope of Position: Responsible for the coordination of the daily operation of the Kitchen Department ensuring that all Guests’ order, functions and events are well prepared and served with high standard , quality and hygienic condition. Supervises staffs, produces and budgets for all Kitchen operations

Education: Intermediate up (or College or University graduated)

Experience: Five years’ experience in management of Kitchen in an international hotel or resort. Expert in Asian food

Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of all Kitchen functions including most current developments in Kitchen products and services. Ability to organize and motivate staff

Special Skills: Trained in all Kitchen functions

Computer skill: Good

English Proficiency: Advantage if fluently

Salary: Negotiate

Other: Good communication, good team work spirit
